• July 9, 2025: The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) began collecting immigration court filing and appeals fees.
• July 22, 2025: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) started requiring fees for asylum, work authorization documents, temporary protected status, and special immigrant juveniles for applications filed on or after this date.

Collection of other fees listed below is delayed until the government updates its payment process. Most of these new fees cannot be waived or reduced.
