Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://kazalaw.com, operated by Kaza Law PLLC (“Kaza Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to submit forms or book consultations through it.

2.No attorney-client relationship

Using this site does not make you a client of Kaza Law. Submitting an intake form, booking a consultation, sending us an email, or exchanging text messages with the firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.

Representation begins only when you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement that defines the scope of the work. Until then, do not treat anything on this site or in our preliminary communications as a commitment to represent you, and be aware that deadlines in your matter remain your responsibility.

3.Attorney advertising

Attorney Advertising. This website is attorney advertising under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Any case results, testimonials, or reviews described on this site reflect the facts of those specific matters; every case is different.

4.Informational content, not legal advice

The content on this site — including practice area pages, articles, and FAQs — is general information, not legal advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who knows the facts of your situation.

Immigration and personal injury law change frequently, and content on this site may not reflect the most recent developments. We make no guarantee about the outcome of any matter. Do not act, or decline to act, based on something you read here without consulting an attorney.

5.SMS / text messaging terms

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring informational and follow-up text messages from Kaza Law, including appointment reminders, case status follow-ups, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from the firm. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile information is described in the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

6.Intake and scheduling

When you submit an intake form or book a consultation, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to evaluate whether we can help, and inaccurate answers can lead to a wrong assessment.

We treat intake details confidentially, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some consultations are paid; any fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking, before you commit. If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, please let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

7.Intellectual property, acceptable use, and third-party services

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Kaza Law PLLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or exploit site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the site or our messaging channels to send spam or unlawful content.

The site relies on third-party services, such as scheduling and communications platforms, and links to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

8.Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Kaza Law PLLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any duty the firm owes a client under a signed engagement agreement or the rules of professional conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to venue there.

9.Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Questions about these Terms can be directed to Kaza Law PLLC, 1330 Avenue of the Americas, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10019, by phone at 646 703 0202, or by email at ghandi@kazalaw.com.
